Very small and uncomfortable rooms.

The furniture is modern. Convenient location.

Let's start by saying that the rooms are very different from the photos on the website. The first one we were given was like an oven, non-functioning A/C, no table/desk to work at, only two hangers in the closet, no hook in the bathroom, window without a balcony. I asked for a larger room, they gave me the 'twin' room on the lower floor, same problems, but with an acceptable temperature. For the small table, they brought me a folding one from some storage room. The kitchen has no utensils or equipment, practically unusable. The elevator is not working.
