The hotel reception was excellent. Mr. Haji, the manager, and all the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They treated us like family and made us feel truly at home. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
The bathroom was well-maintained and included shampoo and soap. However, it would be even better if amenities such as toothbrushes, razors, and other toiletries were also provided.

Nice inconspicuous, simple hotel where the price-performance is right. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. I didn't have breakfast there, but had dinner, which was okay, but nothing special. You can sit there very comfortably, despite the street noise. The location was perfect for me, with many shops, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. Buses right at the door, about 10 minutes to the metro station.
Everything was fine.
In the restaurant, the staff could be a little more attentive, it always took a long time until I was served, even though it wasn't very busy.

The overall stay was very pleasant. The location is ideal, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our visit, everything was excellent.
The only things that could be better are the quality of the towels, which looked quite old, and the cleanliness of the bed linens, which didn't seem completely clean.
