Convenient in terms of location. Nearby is Istiklal, but it is not directly accessible. In the neighborhood, there are plenty of options for bars to drink and cafes to eat. Friendly staff, react well and help when asked.
Different colored light bulbs in the room strain the eyes in the evenings. The TV was not connecting to WiFi for some reason, but it's not a problem. Poor bathroom, more precisely the main problem is only in the shower leak, which doesn't provide normal pressure, it simply leaks at the base.
