Very clean room and very friendly staff. It's a 5-minute walk from the Sultanahmet Square. They left us two 0.5l bottles of water in the room every day, for free. Rich breakfast. I recommend it!

Everything was fine except for...
However, the impression was greatly spoiled by the woman working in the kitchen. She behaved very rudely and unfriendly. In the mornings, she was so loud banging dishes that we woke up from this noise. Also, it was unpleasant to watch during breakfast how forcefully she throws and arranges the dishes, creating a feeling as if something is about to break at any moment. Such behavior causes discomfort to the guests and does not correspond at all to the atmosphere of hospitality.
We truly hope that the management will pay attention to this situation and take necessary measures. Due to such attitude of the staff, unfortunately, we no longer want to return to this hotel despite all its advantages.
