BeatrizGood location, functional hotel
The location was very good for walking to many important tourist attractions (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, etc.) The staff was friendly. The mattress and sheets were of great quality (except for extra bed).
We asked for a room for three adults and one of the beds was an extra bed, very thin mattress on a board, very hard. We had to inform reception and they tried to solve it by putting another mattress on top. It does not have a restaurant (only delivery from external establishments). Breakfast is not great. The rooms overlook an interior courtyard and if you don't close the curtains, you can be seen from the entrance hall and from the other rooms. It is not comparable to a 5-star hotel in Spain.
