Rooms were not clean

Excellent location - 2 to 3 minutes from Taksim metro and a maximum of 5 minutes from Istiklal. Very comfortable.
The staff was not attentive. Nobody came to pick up our luggage, and we had to carry it all the way from parking to our rooms. Additionally, I asked for football channels, but the staff at reception had no clue.
