Only the location is good, but still not close to any public transportation.

The girl at the reception is also good, really kind and helpful.

As soon as we entered, we immediately noticed the dirty room, already used toilet paper, a tiny balcony in extremely dirty conditions, a smelly mini fridge with an aluminum food tray still inside. Cleaning and tidying up is done every 3 days, as indicated by them near the doors; breakfast always the same with few things available and definitely things from previous days. We had to ask for another toilet paper. The badly positioned air conditioner, and in any case very old; non-existent soundproofing; after the only cleanup received in 6 nights and 7 days, the bathroom was not even cleaned, just a quick sweep. Oh I forgot, very very small room.

The city is beautiful, but what is not beautiful in the city

I got in touch with someone from the booking support, I explained to them that I will arrive at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, at 5 o'clock, the support from the app confirmed to me that they contacted the hotel and that the check-in could be done earlier if possible, or I could leave the luggage at the reception, that didn't happen, I arrived there at 5 in the morning, the person at the reception was sleeping on a sofa, I knocked on the door to wake him up, he came out annoyed, I explained the whole situation and he replied that there are no available rooms, I understood, we were not allowed to leave the luggage, we stood in front of the hotel for 2 hours until 7 o'clock when a sanitation worker passed by and asked us what we were doing there, he knocked on the door of the receptionist and asked him how it was possible to leave us standing in front of the hotel, only then he allowed us to leave our luggage inside.

They are not updated with the bookings made on booking, you arrive there and you don't know if you still have a booking or not, although you have paid.

Very Good

Great location - 5 minutes walk to Sultanahmet and Ayia Sophia. Very good staff, always ready to help. Special thanks for the help with the package - the staff even paid for its shipment. Recommend!

One downside - the room was a bit dark, as there was not enough natural lighting. Otherwise, everything was great.

Excellent value for money!
