The staff tried to be friendly, because I tried to cancel from the first day, just as, but it was not possible.
Nothing to do with the photos, at the reception, we couldn't stop looking at the photos of the Hotel on the Booking application with the reality we were facing, we wanted to cancel immediately, but unfortunately, in order to book, you have to make the payment in advance, then we realized the mistake. Now we are in another Hotel where without resorting to the application and checking the price beforehand, we went in to ask and they still offered us a cheaper price and the image the Hotel gave us was nothing like the previous one. Therefore, I recommend coming without a reservation and I feel very sorry for the application, but that's how I should have done it from the first day, and if I am interested in booking, then in the same entrance or at the same reception of the Hotel, this way I don't give room for more deception, as it's not the first time it happens to me here in Turkey to pay in advance through the application and then not accept the price from the application and they don't let you check-in, the same thing happened to me here four years ago and until Booking.com refunded me, I had to figure out how to book another Hotel, there were other guys at the reception who had exactly the same thing happen to them as me, as it seems the receptionist was talking to the owner or the manager and they did not accept the bookings from Booking.com.
