The location was pleasant, and the reception desk staff were friendly. Decent price.

The issue with the budget double room listing was that it did not clearly state that the room was located in a basement without windows. This was very disappointing. The pictures in the listing showed a window, but it was misleading as that window faced the basement hallway. Our room didn't even have that window, which I actually prefer. The reception desk was unable to assist as they mentioned it was specified in the booking. However, after checking all the confirmation emails, there was no mention of this. Therefore, it is important to verify with the hotel before booking to avoid any surprises. Even the booking support did not offer assistance. I believe it is crucial to be transparent about the provided conditions, and it should be clearly advertised that the room is situated IN A BASEMENT!
