Make sure you contact the hotel regarding the booking details!

The location was pleasant, reception staff were helpful. Price was okay.

The issue with the budget double room's listing was not mentioning clearly that it was situated in a basement with no windows was very disappointing. The room photos in the listing showed a window, but it was deceiving as the window faced the basement hallway! (our room didn't even have that window, which to be honest I prefer). The reception staff couldn't assist as they claimed it was stated in the booking, but I reviewed all confirmation emails and it was not mentioned. Therefore, it's advisable to confirm with the hotel prior to booking to avoid any surprises. Even the booking support was unhelpful. In my view, it's highly concerning not to disclose the conditions truthfully; it should be explicitly stated that the room is SITUATED IN A BASEMENT!
