CarmenCute little hotel, amazing staff that made us feel welcomed.
The staff is very nice and the rooms are very clean. White bedsheets, okay mattresses, okay quality shampoo and shower gel.
The elevator worked all the time, breakfast good, plenty of food.
Location, amazing, walking distance from everything.
The towels need to be replaced, and overall old furniture and not updated bathrooms.
The pillows were overstuffed.
The food for breakfast was always the same: deli, cheese, and boiled eggs.

Close to the tram station and Sultan Ahmed area, and breakfast was good
The room was very small, barely accommodating 8 people

Great location - super 3 min. tram stop, supermarket nearby, pharmacy. 5 min (on foot) to Sultanahmet. Breakfast normal. Cleaning every day, but the tile in the shower cabin is dirty, but this can be tolerated. Friendly staff, if there are any problems - they solve.
Hairdryer worked only once, because it overheated and the tile on the floor of the shower cabin cracked. No iron.
