I read negative reviews about items being stolen from the room. I tried to cancel the reservation, even though it was non-refundable. Booking.com allowed for a refund at the discretion of the hotel. I messaged them, but they refused to provide a refund, despite my message being sent a week in advance. I ended up having to pay the full price for 7 nights without staying there, as I could not risk my personal belongings being stolen. I understand that it was a non-refundable booking, but the recent reviews were so concerning that we felt it was not safe to stay there. Considering the existing negative reviews and the length of the booking (7 days), I believe they should have refunded at least a portion of the payment.

Avoid at all cost

Location

AC was not working, room was like a sauna. We were promised it would be fixed the next day but it wasn’t fixed during the entire 4 nights of our stay.

Money was stolen while we were having breakfast, around £400, even from the kids' wallets.

Breakfast was terrible and cold. We saw them preparing it at 5 am, while breakfast was at 7.
