BadriyaApartments with stunning views
Clean apartments with stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, utensils, and cups. Iron and ironing board are available. Toilet paper, trash bags, air conditioning, and sufficient hangers in the wardrobes. Plenty of clean towels provided. Cleaning service was promptly done upon request. The reception staff was helpful and supportive. The breakfast was delicious and the two ladies who served us were very kind and pleasant.
The apartments are situated in a different location to the hotel, down a steep road. We had to walk uphill to the hotel every morning for breakfast, which was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, there was no electricity for two days, making it extremely hot. Although a generator was eventually turned on on the second day, we were only able to have the lights on, not the air conditioning. We requested fans and they were provided, but we did not receive any compensation for the inconvenience. During these two days, the lifts were not operational, so we had to use the stairs with two children and one person with a knee issue. Additionally, we had medication that required refrigeration, and we had to purchase ice.

Beds were somewhat firm. Door could not be fully opened due to a sofa blocking the way. Difficulty adjusting air-conditioning.
