It was very comfortable, clean, had air conditioning and was close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. And most importantly, Kemal who treated us as if we were at home.

The hotel is putting in every effort to satisfy guests. They have been very attentive to meeting our needs and prioritize customer satisfaction. My suggestion to Mr. Chamal would be to possibly use the main underground room less or not at all, as this could further enhance the hotel's positioning with customers and lead to even better ratings.
