The hotel is very tired.

Location.

The booking price was indicated as 171.60 euros. At check-in they said 175 and to come back the next day to return the key. The next day there was a different person at reception, said they didn't know anything, will check with a colleague. As a result, in the morning when we were checking out of the hotel, there was again a new person at reception who also knew nothing. They didn't refund the key to us.

The hotel's location is good, close to many attractions.

The walls are thin, you can hear everything from the busy street and other rooms.

Hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority. The room was dusty, dirty, and uncomfortable. The bathroom had mold and was in poor condition.

After one night, we decided to cancel our stay due to the lack of cleanliness. We were offered an upgrade, but our overall experience at this hotel was negative. However, the staff was friendly, and after a brief discussion, they agreed to refund us for the unused days.
