The hotel is located on a lively street, close to shops.
It was very noisy, the hotel was quite busy, dark rooms and corridors with a lot of worn-out decor
KingaThey should improve the hotel facilities.
The location is great.
There was no safety box in the room. We asked reception several times and they finally brought a safety box with no battery. There was a bad smell in the toilet and cigarette smell could be felt in every part of the hotel.

The staff are nice, especially Saleh. He is so friendly, helpful, and funny person.
The room and bathroom are spacious and clean.
The room has a good AC and a nice window.
The bed is comfortable and the lift is good.
The complimentary tea and coffee.
