GiuseppeI love this hotel and the staff who manage it and I recommend it to everyone.
Everything was perfect. I was supposed to stay for a week and ended up staying for 21 days. I had a great time. I will definitely choose this accommodation for my future trips to beautiful Istanbul. Greetings to the very good and wonderful staff.
For me it wasn't a big issue, but I would suggest adding a clothes drying rack for more convenience. Upon arrival, the staff assisted me with my luggage to the third floor despite the narrow and steep stairs. During checkout, it was a bit challenging to carry my bags downstairs, especially as it was late at night. However, I am confident that if I had asked, the staff would have been very kind and willing to assist me.

Unfortunately, nothing at all. The room did not correspond at all to the description and photos on Booking.com. Due to the condition, we could not use the accommodation.
The room was very dirty, located in the basement, and for hygienic reasons absolutely unacceptable. It did not correspond to the photos or description on Booking.com. Upon entering the room, we immediately reported the deficiencies to the hotel and refused to stay there. We had to book another accommodation on the same day, as staying under these conditions was unreasonable.
