Uncomfortable stay unfortunately. I was excited for my trip but it turned out the opposite.

The hotel location was very bad, very difficult to enter and exit, and the surrounding building construction was disturbing.

Nothing exceptional. The receptionist was unpleasant, speaking as if forced to talk and delayed in registering our entry for 40 minutes. My room was not clean, stains everywhere in the kitchen, floors, and walls. Also, a noisy washing machine in the bedroom and no laundry hanger. The kitchen was empty of utensils and the TV was old and not smart. The room phone was faulty. I had to check out to inform them of all this. The bedding was uncomfortable and there was no hairdryer.

My stay at Westside Residents by Rotana was comfortable, clean, and supported by exceptional staff who made our family time enjoyable.

Excellent service – Staff were very polite and helpful, especially Alatdin, who quickly brought my car from the parking area and provided exceptional hospitality.

Great food quality – Meals were delicious, well-prepared, and enjoyable throughout our stay.

Outstanding room cleanliness – Dilfuza kept Room 206 perfectly clean, fresh, and comfortable.

Responsive reception – They immediately handled nighttime noise from a neighboring room, ensuring my child could sleep peacefully.

Limited breakfast options for kids – Breakfast was good, but there weren't enough choices for young children.

Hot chocolate quality – It tasted like water and wasn't properly available.

Coffee corner issues – Hot chocolate was missing, and overall drink variety could be improved.
