Second year in a row we choose this hotel

My daughter and I have been staying at this hotel for the second year in a row, and that speaks for itself. We really like it here!

The main advantage is the perfect location. The hotel is situated right in the center of Istiklal Street, so everything you need is literally within a few steps: shops, cafes, restaurants, and transportation.

The staff is simply remarkable! Everyone is very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The employees speak Turkish, English, and Russian, so we had no communication issues at all.

The rooms are clean, housekeeping is done every day, towels are changed regularly. Breakfasts are good, everything is tasty and you can always choose something to your liking.

This year we booked a standard room, but we were upgraded for free and accommodated in a room with a large balcony and a magnificent view of the Bosphorus. It was a very pleasant surprise!

Last year we stayed in a room on the seventh floor with a huge private terrace. It was so big that it seemed almost the size of a football field! These memories will stay with us for a long time.

Thank you to the entire hotel team for the warm welcome and excellent stay. We will definitely try to come back here again next year. Sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone planning a trip to Istanbul!

Everything is great, just remove garage from the description

The hotel is located in the best part of the city.

Their booking description mentions a garage, but in reality, they do not have either a garage or parking facilities. They recommend using a nearby parking lot instead. I ended up paying almost 60% of my total stay for 2 days of parking.

Friendly staff

Unfortunately, I did not check when booking that I was booking in the middle of a party district, very loud music played all night every day. The walls were in very poor condition, the bedding was only superficial.
