The facility is clean and comfortable spacious apartment very nice. Helpful cheerful staff.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and once again, I had a very pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed. The suite was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with kitchen facilities available for anyone who would like to prepare their own meals.
The location is excellent, very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. I stayed with my parents, who are both over 65. The hotel is located at the bottom of a hill, so walking uphill from the hotel may be challenging for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. However, we used Uber during our stay and had no problems at all. You can also book a taxi or ask the hotel to help you book a taxi.
The only negative point was that the internet connection was very slow and could be improved.

Spacious room with kitchenette and washing machine
The location is very inconvenient. The approach involves steep uphill and downhill paths. There is no public transport nearby, only taxis that often refuse to go there or charge triple the fare. One side of the approach requires climbing 75 to 100 steps. Not suitable for individuals with health problems, knee issues, or the elderly. The property does not offer any meals, so you will need to navigate this challenging terrain for any necessities. This is not a serviced apartment and does not provide water, tea, coffee, or cleaning services daily, only upon check-in upon request. The only positive aspect is the size of the apartment.
