Very good accommodation in Bakirkoy, with a really nice breakfast. Really good area as well, easy access to the main tourist attractions. Will definitely stay here again when in Istanbul.

ÖzlemDisappointment pure!!!
We arrived and were given a room with a double bed even though I had booked for 4 people. We then got a sofa bed. It was dirty and the bedding had makeup all over it, so it wasn't washed. The next morning there were ants everywhere, a whole colony. Then they didn't believe us. Two employees were sent twice to make sure we weren't lying.
Then we got another room. When we arrived there was a double bed again. They then tried to open the sofa bed, which was broken! They seriously put a blanket on the floor and expected us to sleep like that!!!
We are very disappointed!!!
ÖzgülOverall, it was quite okay. The value for price is good, and if there is an issue, the staff make a lot of effort.
We had a superior room and it was spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay.
It could be better maintained and stains on sofas should be removed. It is noisy, but we had fun.
