The location of the accommodation was very well situated in Fatih near the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Everything was easily accessible on foot.

Great location - close to the Blue Mosque and within walking distance of main attractions. They allowed us to check in earlier and use the hotel parking, even after check-out.
Friendly receptionist - a lady was concerned about a missing pillow case upon our arrival, but she brought it later and also assisted with parking.
The bed sheets had stains and hair on them. Although we believe they were washed, the stains and hair remained.
One towel was damp upon arrival, likely not fully dried before our visit. Additionally, it had suspicious stains on it.
Very poor soundproofing (virtually nonexistent). A phone was left in the room with the alarm ringing for 40 minutes in the morning, causing confusion. Being on the first floor, we could also hear new guests coming and going, as well as conversations at the reception.
Furthermore, the apartment is situated near a railway. The noise from passing trains is quite loud and can be mistaken for an earthquake.
There was a kettle available, but no tea or coffee provided.
