Excellent location for Vialand, but unacceptable room preparation and cleanliness for a hotel at this price level

The location next to Vialand is convenient for families visiting the theme park, and the room itself was spacious.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations for the price and room category. We found a half-used water bottle from the previous guest still inside the refrigerator, which immediately raised concerns about the room inspection and cleanliness. There were also damaged/torn bed linens and visible damage to the living-room sofa, no tissue boxes anywhere in the suite, and initially not even sufficient drinking water.

Reception was difficult to reach after check-in, despite several calls. More concerningly, a staff member later explained that because we arrived late, there had not been enough time to properly prepare and clean the room — although we had informed the hotel in advance of our arrival time.

The hotel later offered fruit, water and complimentary Vialand tickets, but this did not address the fundamental cleanliness and room-condition concerns. We ultimately lost confidence in the property and did not wish to continue our stay.

Pleasant

The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and the private terrace is a nice addition. We liked that the hotel is low-rise and provides secure parking. In addition, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

We found the price of the amusement park to be way too high compared to what is offered. That's why we decided not to visit the park. The hotel room was spacious and bright, but unfortunately very poorly maintained. The walls, carpet, and bathroom were clearly in need of a thorough cleaning and renovation. For that reason, we would not choose this hotel again.
