The hotel has a central location; the staff is very polite and provides detailed information about airport transfers during check-in. It is a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Good location, there is a lift, no strange odors in the room, bathroom is quite clean and has air conditioning. The staff responds to requests (although not always able to fix something).
Dirty and damaged walls and furniture. Sheets and towels - with stains and hairs (asked to change - they changed, but still were not clean), even single-use sealed slippers had stains. Internal lock (latch) on the door did not work, safe did not work (replaced), air conditioning periodically turned off. Unsecured Wifi. But the worst part - someone (obviously, someone from the hotel reception) left a review on my behalf for 10 points (apparently, an employee peeked at the booking confirmation PIN during check-in. Do not show it to anyone and do not hand over the phone with the open booking application).
