I'll say that the location is very good, close to all significant places, if you, like us, were interested not to see the view from the window and spend 90% of the time in the hotel, then this is a luxurious option, a small room with all amenities, stroll all day, come home in the evening to stay and everything is remarkable, there is a bus stop nearby, a shop, lots of cafes, we only saw the administrator during check-in
And also if you, like us, will be guided by reviews, then know that most reviews are not about this hotel, but about where they can sometimes offer to move if you suddenly, like us, find out after the fact to extend the stay
