Awesome location and suitable for families

Excellent value for the price. The best hotel and service for the price. The staff is extremely nice. A Turkish staff member even lent us her own umbrella when it rained. We forgot to ask for her name.

Great value for money.

The location is perfect. Near the tram, Metro, best restaurants in town, and all the tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious. The housekeeping is the best I have seen, and the breakfast is very good. Thanks to the staff and Mr. Elias who greeted us with a smile when we left. The lady at the front desk who received us was Arab and was particularly welcoming. I will surely come back.

Great property, but misleading information regarding facilities

The hotel itself is very nice, spacious, and clean; we didn't have any issues with the room quality or the property maintenance. However, I am leaving a 3-star review because of the misleading information regarding the hotel amenities.

On Booking.com, the listing states that the pool and gym are included in the room price. This is not true. When we arrived, we were told we had to pay an extra 10€ per hour, per person for the pool, and 500 Lira for gym access. We booked this hotel specifically with the intention of relaxing by the pool and training, so having to pay extra for services we thought were included feels like a scam.

Furthermore, we booked for 5 people. Upon check-in, the receptionist tried to give us a room with only two beds, effectively expecting three of us to share one bed. It was only after we made it clear that we would leave if this wasn't fixed that they managed to find us a room with enough beds. The problem was eventually resolved, but it should never have happened in the first place.

Please, update your website to clearly state that the gym and pool are not included in the room price to avoid misleading future guests.
