Very Good

Great location, very quiet outside the windows - this is very important to me!

The room was not new, but clean, however, there were some things that needed updating (especially in the bathroom)

Pleasant

We stayed at these apartments for the second time because we really liked it a year ago. However.

This year there are some remarks. I'll start with the good:

1) Excellent location. A lot of everything nearby, from food to shops. (There is a supermarket down the road from the hotel, it's not visible but there is a lot of everything there. The beach is literally a 5-minute walk.

2) Clean and cozy rooms with everything necessary. There is a kitchen and all necessary for cooking food.

3) Quite spacious room for two people, but I do not recommend taking these rooms (19m2) for two. There are slippers, trash bags, tea, sugar, and a roll of kitchen paper towels. Toilet paper is also provided upon request if needed.

4) The view from the window is amazing and always very bright.

5) The hostess is very kind and always ready to help if needed.

6) The key to the room is with Bluetooth from the phone in the application, you don't need to carry a key card and you can check-in without meeting anyone.

7) There is a clothes dryer in the room.

8) There is an elevator which is very convenient.

Despite the drawbacks below, I would still recommend this apartment.

Now I will tell you about the minor nuances that we didn't like so much.

1) The apartments need a small renovation. They looked much better to us a year ago. There are a lot of scuffs, and this visually looks bad... In the toilet, there is a piece with a metal sink painted in black. Although it looks good, there are places with rust and it doesn't look good.

2) Room cleaning is now paid and costs 20€. Last year it was included in the price. I consider this slightly unreasonable because it's better to raise the price a bit and at least do the cleaning in the room once every three days for free. I was not ready to pay extra for this, so I personally did the cleaning with a broom under the sink. (Towels are changed for free, as well as everything else that was in the room).

3) There is a lack of hangers for two people, but there are enough closets.

4) The water pressure in the shower has become small, it's not enough for me. Also, the hot water may turn off in a minute or two - it turns off and you will be poured with cold water. Or vice versa.

5) The built-in hygienic shower in the toilet did not work in room number 10. It greatly impressed me because personally, this is an important point for me.

Most things are very easily fixable, and I will be happy to stay here again next time if they are fixed. Thank you Irem!

We arrived with a big company and rented 4 rooms for the same dates, everyone was happy.

The apartments exceeded expectations! Spacious, clean, in a great location, it was nice to return to our quiet street after the hustle and bustle of the city. Five minutes and you are in the area of Istiklal, Galata Tower, down to Galataport and the waterfront in 15-17 minutes. Surprised to find an elevator, which is rare for apartments in Istanbul. Clean sheets, dishes, toiletries.

There are definitely defects in the room in terms of furniture, lighting fixtures, plumbing is not in the newest condition, but it does not spoil our impression of the stay.
