Irem is very friendly and professional
Very lively neighborhood especially in the evening
However, I do not recommend for those who cannot stand the noise at night to sleep, for me it did not bother me
The fridge was not cooling well and they were unable to fix it during our stay unfortunately
Even though they have already come to try to fix it

The room is spacious enough for 3 people and well located.
Narrow stairs and noise on some nights. It can be challenging to sleep, more suitable for young party people.
