The bed was comfortable
I have to make a list:
The receptionist took a long time to check in
The room I was given didn't have wifi
They didn't provide a solution for it
The included breakfast was in another place, they should specify it
The reception staff was very unfriendly
The shower didn't have a door
The television was for decoration because the cables didn't work
I could go on but I think that's enough
