Very Poor

Tugra Hotel exceeded our expectations, and offers great value for money, especially for families.

We had a wonderful stay at Tugra Hotel and would happily stay here again. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location close to parks, shops, restaurants, public transport, and many of Istanbul's main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, always going the extra mile to help. A special thank you to Azizhan Yenigün for his outstanding hospitality, helpful recommendations, and kindness throughout our stay. He truly made us feel at home.

Great value for money, especially for families. Highly recommended!

Not really impressed.

The location is actually good, the paved street probably belongs to the hotel, and you can actually park there.

The room is quite run-down, the bathroom smells extremely of drains, the bathroom furniture is falling apart, there was a broken table on the balcony, not even chairs. Also, the water from the tap smelled bad. I wouldn't stay here again.

The stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The location, staff, and breakfast were excellent.
