Housekeeping. Had to remind to provide water and toilet paper. But the managers acted quickly and resolved everything.

We received a fantastic reception from the moment we entered the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room, although small, was spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the Turkish coffee served by the friendly wait staff. Not to forget the 'office manager' who greeted us daily with a welcoming purr! The hotel's location is convenient for visiting attractions such as the Blue Mosque, just a 5-minute walk away, with fantastic restaurants nearby.
