Central location, very friendly staff
The mattress was a bit soft. My window faced the street and it was quite loud.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to Taksim Square and to public transportation, metro, buses, minibuses. It exits on Istiklal Street, which is also very convenient.
The staff does not speak Russian, but they were able to help with the translator app. The rooms are clean, slightly outdated, but decent. We had a room with a bathroom with a hydromassage, which compensated for other minor deficiencies. After long walks around Istanbul, the hydromassage bath was like bliss for our feet.
The breakfasts were good, delicious, with some pastries, fruits, sweets, and tea. The dinner was prepared very tasty, with various salads.
I didn't like that the room didn't have a window facing the street. The window opened into a shaft between buildings, with little fresh air.
