We visited Istanbul for dental treatment and chose this hotel based on its reviews. The value for money is excellent.
The rooms were clean and serviced every day. The equipment and facilities were very good, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the bed linen was always spotless. The air conditioning and refrigerator worked perfectly. The bathroom has been nicely renovated, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.
The only thing I would improve is the breakfast. It was exactly the same every day and the selection was quite limited.
Apart from that, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily recommend this hotel to other guests.
