I will stay there again.

The hotel's location is not the best.

But the friendly staff and service make up for it.

The basic lunch/dinner menu was well prepared and delicious.

The hotel was the perfect choice for an unexpected overnight layover in Istanbul. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Very good experience and enjoyable stay with wonderful staff, although make sure to check the room.

Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic. The hotel shuttle service mentioned is a paid transfer - 30 euros one way/55 euros round trip. I found this to be a reasonable cost given the quality of service provided, and that a luxury vehicle was used (in my case, a Maybach for both trips). The staff were attentive, carrying my luggage to the room, providing complimentary fruits, and checking to ensure the room met expectations.

The experience was great, but the only downside was that after my stay (on my flight out of Istanbul), I noticed the development of a series of bumps resembling insect bites. I'm not sure if this was due to something entering the room while I slept (the window was slightly open due to the weak AC), or perhaps bedbugs. It's important to be cautious and watch for this. I regrettably didn't check for bedbugs because the hotel seemed very clean overall, so I can't confirm if that was the issue, but the rest of the room was spotless.
