TalahmehDecent stay, I would recommend them to upgrade their facilities such as the bathrooms
The bedroom was decent and well decorated. Most importantly, the location was near the tram and important landmarks
The room was difficult to move around in, and the bathroom did not have proper drainage, so the floor was constantly covered with water until the cleaning staff came every other day. This was our biggest issue and made us quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the sheets did not feel clean even after they were changed.

One of the highlights of the hotel is its exceptional location - it's very near the Blue Mosque and other key attractions, which made exploring Istanbul really convenient. Being able to easily walk to such stunning historical sites was a major plus and enhanced the trip experience. The staff were friendly, and the location truly enhances the stay for guests looking to immerse themselves in the heart of the city.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't appreciate. The room was smaller than I expected, and the bathroom was quite cramped. The air conditioning didn't cool the room effectively, particularly in warmer weather. I also encountered ants in the room, which was disappointing.
Housekeeping could also be improved. Despite assurances from the staff that the room would be cleaned, the rubbish was often left untouched unless specifically requested.
Another important consideration for travellers is the location's terrain. Although the hotel is near major attractions, some key areas require walking up a steep hill. Younger travellers may not have issues, but it could pose challenges for older individuals, families with children, or anyone with mobility difficulties.
