Quiet, clean room. The hotel is located not far from Ortakoy. It is possible to walk.

Absence of cafes, breakfast. But there is a coffee shop within 3 minutes.

Nice location, comfortable stay. Not a good choice if you are claustrophobic.

The place is quite new and beautifully decorated. Since it is an apartment rather than a traditional hotel room, it provides a great area to relax. The kitchen is excellent, and the living room is a cozy space to unwind. The air conditioning works remarkably well, cooling the room in just two minutes. The bed is soft and comfortable, but slightly small—my feet hung off the edge a bit, and I am not very tall. The reception staff are very pleasant and attentive. Overall, it is a peaceful place.

The hotel has good public transport links: a 5-minute walk to a bus stop and a 15-minute walk to Ortakoy Pier, which offers convenient ferry access to key locations in Istanbul.

The bedroom in our apartment lacked a window, and the living room windows overlooked a wall. The hotel did propose another apartment on a lower floor with a bedroom window, however, the view of the wall was even worse in that unit, so we opted not to switch. Furthermore, the sliding window in the living room was broken and wouldn't lock, but the staff had it repaired within 2 to 3 days. There was loud music outside in the evenings, so opening the window for fresh air meant sacrificing peace and quiet. The hotel provides only one complimentary bottle of water per day, with no option to purchase more on-site. Additional water needs require purchasing and bringing it from a local market.

The main drawback of this hotel is the lack of views from most apartment windows. If this doesn't bother you, it represents good value for your money.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to details. The room was clean and immaculate.

Although we only stayed for one night, we were very impressed, especially with the location.
