I appreciated the flexible check-in hours and lack of time restrictions for arriving, which allowed us to check in late at night.
The location is quite good, being only 10 minutes away from the old city.
We were assigned what the hotel manager referred to as the 'super comfort' room, but it turned out to be more of a standard room with some broken equipment, like the towel hanger in the bathroom. The AC was poorly positioned, making it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature in the very stuffy room, and the light from the AC shone directly into our eyes at night.
The breakfast was a complete letdown: the chef was late, and the staff couldn't provide clear information despite earlier announcements of the breakfast timing. When we finally received our breakfast, it was nothing like the images showed (the cheese and olives seemed stale and unappetizing). The kitchen appeared unclean and had been used by hotel staff, so it didn't feel like a genuine hotel service.
