The breakfast is very tasty and the staff is quite friendly.
The communication with the staff is rather tiring. I think they don't work together completely; everyone is saying different things. For example, the receptionist said my room was ready for use, while his colleague said the room was not available (?). The room turned out to be available. On the day of departure, I had asked for a taxi to be arranged to the airport. They noted down they should wake me up at the agreed time instead of arranging a taxi. Good thing I found out on time haha.

The staff was nice and the room had a nice city view.
The hotel location was difficult to access.
Breakfast was good but there wasn't much variety in the breakfast items.
It was a set menu.
We encountered an issue regarding the total breakfast meals as we only received 2 without breakfast for my 2 kids.
Big thanks to the Booking Team for managing to resolve this situation, and in the end, we all got breakfast.
