The room view on the top floor, the location very close to the tram, the Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque, and the breakfast was more or less ok.
When we arrived, one of our rooms was 'broken' and they gave us a room for 3 to 4 people (there was no space in the room). We asked for them to find another solution and they ended up giving us another room for 4, on the same day we saw people leaving the room that was apparently broken. In the room for 4, one of the beds is a very hard sofa.

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to most attractions in the city easily. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly.
