Good and central location, but disappointing parking service and a very poor breakfast with partly expired

The location of the hotel was very good and central. Many things were within walking distance. Restaurants, shops, currency exchange offices, and various dining, drinking, and nightlife options were nearby.

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with several things at all. Although we asked several times for a parking spot directly in front of the hotel, we were not really helped. Even though there were parking spaces available, we did not get a spot. Therefore, we had to park our car in a side street in a paid parking garage and pay 1,000 TL for just three hours. Since we stayed for two nights, additional parking costs were incurred.

Particularly disappointing was the breakfast. The selection was very limited and the quality was unfortunately poor. The bread was packaged, and several packages I took were already expired and even moldy. Also, the taste of the bread was not good. Offering moldy or expired bread at breakfast is absolutely unacceptable to me. Therefore, one should not expect much from the breakfast.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Istanbul, but the parking problem is big. Narrow streets.

No parking. Parking is problematic. Although Booking offers a free snack, as a Kazakh, I feel that it is not sufficient, additional payment is required.
