This clean and modern hotel is located in the Asian side of Istanbul, offering a scenic view of the Prince's Islands. The interior design of the building is very spacious and pristine, while the service is professional and of a notable standard.

The hotel falls short of expectations, everything except its proximity to the metro station, making it unsuitable for those with business and luggage.

Exceptional 10

Excellent value for the price and quality

We stopped at this hotel initially for one night (since we were late for a connecting flight to another country due to a drone strike), but then decided to stay for a week! It didn't make sense to fly further as the deadlines were burning. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the metro. The staff speaks Russian (not all, but two people for sure). They helped us order food to the room on the first evening, we were very upset due to the delay for the connecting flight. The shower is clean, warm water all the time. The mattresses on the beds are very comfortable, which is important after flights. The bed linens are snowy white, clean. There are towels, toilet paper, and water (provided upon request without any problem!). From our room, there was a view of the sea and the prince's islands. Very attractive price, the value for us was excellent. We stayed in a two-bedroom room with mom and two children, plenty of space (initially booked two separate rooms, but a kind man at the reception offered us to stay in one two-bedroom room and it was a very good decision, thanks to him for that!!!) Besides three beds in the room, there is a sofa, armchair, dining table, dressing table, and wardrobes. So, a big thank you for the accommodation (by the way, we are still here, writing as we go).
Around there are car parks, tire service, 10 minutes walk to the nearest store. The mosque is not far, audible at night, but it adds to the local flavor. I wake up every night at 5 am, but the kids don't hear, they sleep well. Overall, it's pretty quiet around, a little barking of a dog across while roosters crow))) But there's no noisy road and crowds of tourists nearby. There's some audibility between the rooms, yes. But the hotel is empty, so we don't hear anyone often.. We walked to the sea with the children somewhere half an hour. But we mostly move by metro and taxis. A very nice free beach is a 40-minute taxi ride away (opposite the 60th anniversary Geztepe Park). Yes, the room is a bit shabby, but it depends on your situation and attitude towards that, for me cleanliness and hygiene come first, as I travel with children, and in this regard, everything is good here. We are very happy with everything, we didn't expect luxury for this price. We'd rather spend this money on shopping, tasty food, and impressions of beautiful Istanbul!

Good 6

Low budget price quality ratio but functional

That we had separate rooms with the children. Lots of space. And all rooms have air conditioning.
Interior is outdated, beds are bad.
