The hotel fell short of expectations, everything except its proximity to the metro station, even this is not suitable for those with belongings and bags.

Excellent value for the price and quality

We stayed at this hotel at first for one night (because we were late for a connecting flight to another country due to a drone strike), but then decided to stay for a week! It made no sense to fly further as we missed our deadlines. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the metro. The staff speaks Russian (not all, but at least two people). They helped us order food to the room on the first evening, we were very upset because of the delay for the connecting flight.. The shower is clean, warm water all the time. Mattresses on the beds are very comfortable, which is important after flights. The bedding is snow-white and clean. They provide towels, toilet paper, and water in the room (upon request without any problems!). From our room, there was a view of the sea and the nearby islands. The price was very attractive, the value for price/quality ratio was excellent for us. We stayed in a two-room room with mom and two children, very spacious (initially booked two separate rooms, but a kind man at the reception desk offered us to stay in one two-room room, and it was a very good decision, thanks to him for that!!!). In addition to three beds in the room, there is also a sofa, armchair, dining table, bedside table, and wardrobes. So, a big thank you for the accommodation (by the way, we are still here, writing on the hot trail)

Around there are car parks, tire services, the nearest store is a 10-minute walk away. The mosque is not far, audible at night, yes, but with a local flavor. I wake up every night (at 5 in the morning), but the kids do not hear, sleep well. In general, it is quite quiet around, in the morning a little dog barks opposite and cocks crow))) But there is no noisy road and crowds of tourists. The walls between the rooms are thin, yes. But the hotel is empty, therefore we do not often hear anyone.. To the sea we walked with children somewhere half an hour. But we mainly move by metro and taxi. There is a very good free beach 40 minutes away by taxi (opposite the 60th anniversary park of Gastepe). Yes, the room is a little shabby, but it depends on your situation and attitude towards it, for me cleanliness and hygiene come first, as I travel with children, and in this regard everything is fine here. We are very pleased, we did not expect luxurious at this price. We'd rather spend this money on shopping, delicious food, and impressions of beautiful Istanbul!

Low-budget price quality ratio but functional

We had separate rooms with the children. Lots of space. And all rooms have air conditioning.

Interior is outdated, beds are poor.
