Comfortable hotel near the Galata Tower. Good location to move around the city center on foot or by taking the tram.
Breakfast is Turkish breakfast, very good and plentiful although they used to serve it on the rooftop with incredible views and now they serve it in the cafe next door.
Comfortable beds. Air conditioning works well, although it is quite noisy.
Some maintenance is lacking in the rooms.

Horrible staff; having meetings in the lobby, shouting at employees, and employees arguing while builders are working; small lifts and small rooms!
I was beyond shocked; I asked to cancel my reservation and found a wonderful hotel in minutes.

Inside the hotel, the rooms are dirty, not soundproof, with misleading publications about the state of the rooms!
