The location and the comfort of the beds
Lack of maintenance and repair in the facilities. The furniture is not in good condition. One of the showers was missing a door from the screen, so when showering, a large part of the bathroom would get wet.
The TVs were not working, there was a light over one of the beds that didn't turn on, some power outlets were not working.
Furthermore, there were quite annoying guests.
We did not see the receptionist until the check-out day.
There were 5 of us and we were quite dissatisfied.

The gentleman who attended us was very kind and gave us many directions, very centrally located, no noises at night, we slept very well and the best part was that we got the room with a terrace
