It is very well located, it looks tasteful, the glass elevator and the rooftop allow you to see the main attractions of the city
MaurizioHotel services are of a high standard, clean and quiet. Great location.
The hotel used to be a bank and you can see the typical austere style of a bank. However, at the front desk they did everything to make our stay comfortable by booking some external services.
In my opinion, breakfast is too expensive. This leads to many guests refusing and opting to have breakfast at an external bar next to the property. Rooms facing the main street have a view of a rundown building, not pleasant to look at.

The property location was nice and the lobby area.
Our stay was very disappointing, especially for what is advertised as a 5-star hotel. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and not accommodating, which made our experience far from enjoyable. The housekeeping was also poor, and the cleanliness of the room did not meet the standard we would expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we expected a much higher level of service and quality, but unfortunately, the hotel fell well short of our expectations.
