We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and would certainly recommend it, particularly for families

The standout feature of the hotel is its spacious two-storey apartments. They are contemporary, chic, and offer ample space for everyone to unwind comfortably without feeling cramped. The air conditioning on both levels is a major plus, especially during warmer days. We were even more pleased to note that the air-conditioning vents are not directly above the beds, making sleeping much more comfortable and preventing the unpleasant sensation of cold air blowing on you all night.
A particularly thoughtful gesture from the hotel was providing us with a higher-grade apartment at no extra cost. We truly valued this upgrade and saw it as a considerate way to greet guests.
The breakfasts served in the restaurant are delicious, with a wide range of choices, ensuring everyone can find something to their liking. The staff members were unfailingly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The corridors are tastefully adorned and pleasantly scented, creating a welcoming ambiance. Overall, we believe the pricing is fair considering the standard of the accommodation and amenities provided. The hotel's advantageous location is another key benefit that visitors will surely appreciate. The inclusion of a swimming pool and gym further elevates the guest experience.
Throughout our stay, we felt secure, at ease, and genuinely pleased with our decision. We particularly valued the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A special thank-you is owed to the receptionist and lady from customer service who assisted us in arranging an airport transfer and personally accompanied us to the taxi. Acts of kindness like these truly make guests feel well taken care of. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff left a lasting positive impression on us, and we would happily return here.
It is evident that the hotel is highly popular and well-utilised, and there are a few minor maintenance details that could be improved. For instance in bathrooms, it would be beneficial to refresh the silicone or ensure that hair dryers are fully functional, and check if the seat upholstery requires any repairs. By default, the kitchenette does not come equipped with a basic set of plates and cutlery, although the staff will promptly provide them upon request. It would also be convenient to have a small washing-up kit available, such as a sponge and mini dishwashing liquid. Nevertheless, these are truly minor details that did not significantly impact our overall extremely positive experience.
