The property is close to the subway station, cozy and spacious.
Surely it has some flaws, but I don't understand the reviews that give a 2 or even a zero. Whoever wants a luxury accommodation, pay for a 4-star! In my opinion, the value for money is more than reasonable.

The bus stop is not far from the airport.
First. Room on the top floor without a lift, staircase is very narrow. The host claimed that he won't help carry luggage. I weigh 45 kg and was dragging my suitcase with me, while he walked alongside with the key to show the room number. That's the service.
Second. Opposite there is a shop and a small cafe. Until late at night, dubious characters hang around on the street, eat, so don't dream of getting a good rest. Besides, the area is not safe, strange individuals roam the streets in the evenings.
Third. The room is advertised as an apartment with a kitchen. The stove does not work. There are no appliances for three.
And finally, a week after our departure, the host floods me with messages on WhatsApp asking to give a 10-star rating.
You need to focus on your business and consider people's basic needs for cleanliness and service, then you won't have to beg for 10 stars, they will gladly give them to you!
