Excellent double room amenities

In every single room, with superbly comfortable sofa!!!! Excellent deluxe bathroom!!!

The breakfast was excellent, the service was very attentive and the staff very friendly

Disappointing stay - inspect your room before paying!

Having a kitchen in the room was a big plus for traveling with a family. Also, the bathroom had no issues at all (good water pressure and hot water), which was a great relief during the hot summer stay.

Advice for future guests: Before making any payment, ask to see the exact room and check its cleanliness. Do not hand over any money until you are completely satisfied with the room provided.

originally booked this hotel in December 2025 after planning an 18-day vacation in Italy with my family, expecting a comfortable stay with my children. Unfortunately, checking in that evening was a huge disappointment.

Room & Amenities: The sofa was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. Although we booked for 4 people, towels were set for only 2. The kitchen was under-equipped with dishware barely enough for 2 people.

Hygiene Concerns: On subsequent days, I witnessed housekeepers leaving supposedly "clean" towels on the floor in the hallway and on the stairs.

Lack of Housekeeping & Service: The room was never cleaned unless I explicitly requested it. I had to contact them repeatedly just to get fresh towels and bed sheets.

Management & Staff: The agent initially asked if everything was fine on the first day, but completely ignored us after that. The hotel is run by two young guys who clearly lack proper management skills and customer service standards.

Location Issue: The street directly below is packed with fish restaurants. The smell was so overwhelming that it was impossible to open the windows for fresh air.

Conclusion: If you are traveling with family, I strongly advise against staying here.

Very bad service level, facilities are very low, customer service is zero, no clearing, the only good thing was the location

- I have a room without a kitchen although my booking was for one, and they refused to give me the room I booked in photos

- The room TV and WC water were not working, and it took 3 days to be fixed

- They refused to clean the room during all my stay (10 days)
