Upon arrival, by 'chance' we were given a room that was not the one we booked. We had to go down to complain to be given the corresponding room. When we went down, they told us that the room we booked was not ready (we arrived later than 14:00, which was the check-in time) and we had to wait for almost an hour.
To our surprise, when we entered, we saw very dirty walls, quite old and poorly maintained furniture.
In our case, we had the misfortune that twenty minutes after entering (after being given the wrong room and waiting for the one assigned to us to be cleaned) we had to leave due to a family emergency with my wife. We asked if it was possible to refund the amount, even if we had to pay a little or the booking commission. They said they would 'do everything possible' and that same afternoon they would write to us to let us know if it was possible. Unfortunately, due to the rush and the family emergency situation, we did not take photos since our priority at that time was to find flights back as quickly as possible. But believe me, what I say about the room is totally true and I have no intention of belittling, but rather to reflect the reality we experienced.
They did not respond despite our messages, and instead of refunding us, and after requesting it through booking, as we barely stayed in the room for 20 minutes, they intentionally waited three days to deny our request. Not recommended and very little empathy

Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Khaled, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

The staff is very courteous, welcoming, and helpful. They helped us in several situations, both to buy SIM cards (much more convenient price than at the airport) and to call a taxi in the middle of the night to go to the airport.
Decent room size, clean.
Fabulous location. 3 minutes walk to Taksim Square, 15 minutes to the Galata Tower. 8-10 minutes to the Havaist bus stop, 7-8 minutes to the Taksim metro stop, 2-3 minutes to several bus stops.
The rooms are not very soundproof, the second night we had a hard time sleeping due to the rudeness of some guests.
Functional but in need of renovation bathroom.
