I had a truly wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel. I booked the Junior Suite, and it exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and overall experience.
A special thanks to the Reception Manager, Mert, who was exceptionally courteous, professional, and cooperative throughout my stay. His warm hospitality made a real difference.
The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages everything is conveniently nearby, making it very easy explore the area without hassle.
The hospitality of the entire staff was outstanding. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything was well organized, and I genuinely have no complaints.
I had requested a one hour late check-out, and the hotel kindly accommodated my request without any inconvenience. I truly appreciate this thoughtful gesture.
